Site Progress Mobile is the latest version of the mobile applications which work hand in hand with Powerproject XV. The app allows mobile users to record the progress of tasks from any location, which then updates the activities scheduled in a Powerproject project plan. Each mobile user only sees the relevant tasks and check lists for which they have responsibility; they can enter various fields about the task’s progress, take, edit & annotate supporting photos, plus add new tasks into the plans remotely.
Users of the Site Progress Mobile app first need a login created by a Powerproject user. The projects assigned to you are then downloaded from the Cloud, allowing you to make your report without relying on a signal. Once complete, you submit your project progress report back to the Powerproject user who can approve or reject your submission. Emails are generated to tell you when a job is assigned to you and to tell the project owner when your report is submitted.
The Site Progress Mobile app is free to install, with use of the service charged based on the number of progress reports that are being completed at the same time. For a quote based on your needs, call +44 (0)1844 261700 or email sales@elecosoft.com.
This version of the app is only for users of Powerproject XV (v15.0.01) onwards. Users of older Powerproject versions should download the older app or contact support@elecosoft.com to arrange an upgrade.
